I cannot code my character's stance.I have been in and out of many character's cns files looked all over the internet and I just cannot understand how to get my character to do his stance in mugen.I think this is why I can not load p1 as well

Doing the animation 0 should get your stance to work. THe codes of it are in a file Mugen uses by default in all chars.

well I have heard a lot of people say that. but some people will also tell you those are just their opinions

but if you really want to use something else, use cyanide's narutorials, he included some ready to use files in there if i remember correctly

btw, the cns for movements, damage, guard states are in a file called common1.cns
go to data folder of mugen, copy the file to your char folder
then you can add explods to the movements and other stuff you want to add/edit

Do you know how to create the palletes, adding sprites and doing animations? There are plenty of tutorials for that, just look for some.
Then, the best place to learn CNS and CMD are the Mugen docs itself.

1) Go to your Mugen folder.
2) Open your docs folder.
3) Open the file called "tutorial3", follow it, then keep on with "tutorial4" and "tutorial5".

That's all. You'll get the basic on codings there.

Yeah the doc's explain everything you will need to know.....but before you start coding id suggest learning how to do the other required tasks, which are making a palletes, and cutting out sprites. Once you learn that then you can do other stuff. There really is no 'Code" per say to a stance. Its by default in your common1.cns, which all characters use unless it is editing (and put into the characters folder respestivly). All your really need to do is to get a stance working is find/make a base, add sprites that have been palleted and cut, and then line them up in the SSF under index 0. Then, go into your animations tab, and add them one by one. Lets say its 5 frames. The frame's Index should look like this-
0,0
0,1
0,2
0,3
0,4

Its important to note that in mugen, 0 counts as a number for index's. Thats all there is to it. But my suggestion is read the mugen docs, then read them again. They are your best friend, much better then any youtube video or online tutorial.
