| the most basic is to change the mugen version from 1.0 to the winmugen version
then try it first in winmugen
if it has used codes that are only for mugen 1.0, (like remappal sctrl, ailevel trigger, etc) then you would need a lot of effort and coding knowledge to remove them and change them to something else to work in winmugen
