| go to menu bar, sprites -----> new -----> save (as shared palette) , you now have a new blank sff file and you can now add pcx sprites

| when i saw that doc tutorial in mugen it said to use that sprmaker and i don't understand that program or if i'm even using it correctly.I guess those tutorials are majorly out of date

| yeah for making a SFF, make sure you have a properrly palleted PCX pr PNG, and add them to the "sprites" section of fighter factory (please use ff3). You add your character sprites to the LEFT and the effect sprites to the RIGHT.
