| how do people create those awesum lookin screenpacks. As far as I know, I havent seen any tutorials. could someone please help me on how to create a screenpack

| there are no tutorials on creating screenpacks, just for chars and stages
for screenpacks just expiriment alittle, thats how i learned how to edit them
thats also the same way i learned how to make chars..
and stages....
