sure. and yeah its good that you give specific conditions for the last special, because those will be the triggers for it, well most of the triggers XD
you can also tell if you want basic combos like 3 hits at least and then crouch and air attacks, i havent downloaded the file btw.

Idk if Esper wants that but that'd be cool if we could have 3 hit combos for each punch/kick so there's a variety of basic moves.

Also on the matter of organization i'd say that sweet should do the basics, i could probably pull off the specials, and sgn can deal with the matter of adding the transformation and adding hypers, i also i have this epic combo in mind for the third transformation finisher or something.

dont know any other way faster and easier than this:
opening an sff in FF, going to menu bar SPRITES then choose "SAVE ALL SPRITES AS PCX" then choose a blank folder and just type any number and it will save all sprites there as PCX. then add those PCX files to another sff normally (per sprite group)

i use FF Classic to do that

and sweetfire, use the base form kaede's sff as a base, so rip the sprites of the 2 other forms (2 other SFF files) using the above method i mentioned and add them to the SFF of base form kaede, then align the sprites and then add the base form kaede sprites into the anims, at least the basic requirement anims like movements and damage poses (i think we should use a new blank air file, as well as blank cns and cmd files), then add blue clsn boxes to the anims that you added sprites on. then pass to ichidori so he can start the coding

I do too
It involves using all of the forms in one ultimate combo, it ends when Kaede transforms into a Venom-ish (I'll rip the sprites from eddie so you can see for yourself creature that sends out an unstoppable attack that can even make Chuck Norris cringe

That's pretty much the way to do it

I'd like to try using an english soundpack for his Zemial Form
Preferably Ragna's or Gogeta's or Vegito's (With their permission)

Here's how I want his transformation to work

Transform
x+y+z
First Transformation: Awakened Kaede
Second Transformation: Zemial
Full Power Needed In All Transformations

Flight Mode
start + U
Needs Zemial Form
Use the same command to remove flight mode

Ultimate Attack
x+y+z
Needs full power
50% Life
Zemial Form
As seen in my sig
First: His transformation sequence is shown again
This time, the stage shakes, fire and electricity fills the stage
And he returns to his default form
The stage turns black
He attacks the enemy with a torrent of electricity
Second: He transforms into his awakened form
He rides his motorcycle and crashes into his opponent and deals a devastating electric blow in the shape of a dragon
Third: Now, in his Zemial form, He transcends into the air and a silhouette of a demon appears behind him
and the stage shakes with fire filling it
Fourth: He merges with the demon and becomes it, unleashing a dark devestating attack that even breaks the screen!

Or you know, he could just do some random combo

before we go to that part, ask sweetfire first if he even started it yet

btw esper, can you do some minor but manual recoloring of sprites for me, it cant be done using palettes in photoshop because i only need to recolor some parts (and it has same exact color with some other parts, so both are changed when i recolor the palette itself)
its not related to this

Sure, but you'll need to give me more details, like, which character it is, what you need recolored, and what color you want

btw ichidori, it would be a whole lot easier for me if you do not use any state or anim with numbers from 1000 and above
use the numbers 200 to 999 for statedefs and anim numbers
and when you are done, tell me all the vars you used (so i know what to not use)

Sure. but im kind of also in sweet's situation. i wont be able to start for a couple of days. ill try and get it finished quickly(not rushed but quickly) finished and ill pass it along to you when im done ill also have a text document with the vars i used.
