How to add an empty frame to an animation in FF ???

| hi there
well i think this question is kinda funny, but i would like to know how i can add an empty frame to an animation, i. e. without sprites from my character.
if I klick the green "+" sign. i can add a frame but it adds automatically the standing sprite to the frame.
can somebody help ?

| Keep the group and sprite at -1 and change the time then bam.
