Hi, can anyone tell me why I can't delete or how to delete Omni-Psych_Jam please. Everytime I try it gives me the 'Cannot delete Omni-Psych_Jam: It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.' message. This is strange because it deletes it up to a point as the folder itself is completely empty and it isnt being used by any other programs. I've removed the name from the 'select' list, which shouldn't affect it anyways. I've tried changing the file properties but nothing works. It won't let me rename it either. What should I do?
Try checking the system's actual process, if WinMugen's there, delete it. If not, then try to restart. If still not, try downloading a program called Unlocker, it helps to find which process is using the file, and to stop it and delete the file. Hope this helps.
