They are like chars ^^.
For example, If I want to get to the Car (Final Fight) bonus stage in the round 5 Arcade I need to go to select.def and where's the char bonus put one order (for example 5), then ONLY that char MUST have order=5 to get it :). I found a lot in this forum, I dont remember where. Sry.
