| I've been putting together my MUGEN game and have had few problems that I haven't been able to solve on my own. One of them being this. Some of my music will not play in the game. I have checked the stage.def file multiple times, to make sure I have the music reference correct, which I do, sound/xxx.mp3, and I also have the same music selected for the character on that stage, and it is also in the correct format, music=sound/xxx.mp3 after the character. I don't know why some of my mp3s aren't playing. Most of them work just fine, but others (such as any mp3 from ocremix) will not play ingame. Does anyone have any ideas about what I should try?

| mp3s don't work well in mugen. sometimes mp3s will play but other times the match starts slow(the game slows down in speed) and it will not play. maybe you should use a different music file type.

| Okay thanks. I read in another topic that .ogg files work well, so I'll try using those. All I need to do now, is find the proper plugin to play those files, and use Total Video Converter to convert some of my files.
