I think he means "ugly" as in.. Orochimaru looks f'n disturbing.
Nice detail on the face though, body needs work

Bad sprites, or the character is ugly?

The sprites aren't really that bad, and the character is SUPPOSE to be ugly, so I don't see what you're complaining about.

its mainly the face and yes i know orochimaru is ugly as hell but his face is complete off you know theres alredy a snake sprites for him right? that actually look ok.
