eh its a full face rotation so he doesn't change his sharingan basically. You should try other characters from different series then you might understand balance a bit more play something other than a naruto gamee play a different fighting game.

the change is based on perspective see how his headband covers his eye with sharingan well normally in a fighting game environment mvc is guilty of this to all they would do is rotate the image right well with this what would be off because kakashis sharingan would be on the wrong eye : o. thats why they did that in the game of NZC (I still hate the gameplay of NZC but i love the sprites)
well mvc is kind of imbalanced itself but to a different extent. but you get the basic idea im saying then characters should focus on basic attacks then go for supers/jutsus when they build up enough power. thats the same sheet alexei is going to use on his kakashi did you ever try his sai by chance he had to do the rotated sprites the same way cause of sais sleeve having one longer than the other.

its alot of work I know but you really don't seem to eager to work on this character anyway lol. why dont you find something else maybe something non naruto related.

all i can say is good freaking luck it was a miracle i found one for Laharl I found them on the actual Company website Nis america the localization group for disgaea the series hes from posted a thread and by chance found an awesome spriter. spriters are not easy to find anymore its a pain.

like i said find something else you are actually happy with the sprites for doesnt have to be naruto branch out a bit kent. if you have the motivation to learn then it can be done. I am actually still a novice I still need help on things ive never done before, Which i do get help on that meteor i coded was a pain and im still not fully happy with it. Mugen coding takes alot of work if you aren't devoted enough to take the time to do all of whats needed you really shouldn't be coding. spriting i can understand i suck at it as well ive tried.
so find something from another series you like or game something code something else that interests you. Im sure theres more than naruto that interests you right?
