| So she is my third char, a total conversion Isabeau edit, and also the biggest challenge for me. =)
First, I make or change the most important things, but as you see, incomplete.

Gozar: Mostly this anti-cheap mode works "just" not too cheap charachters like Sephiroth, Psycho Shredder, etc. My second edit, Neo-Repaer Isabeau SSJ10 is "my cheap godess". =D

| Most of the mugen chars are cheap or too noob (slow, weak, lazy) especially the chibi ones. So I prefer a little bit cheap one, than a noob. =)
Anyway, the real cheap chars (not the attribute cheaters) only use projectiles, helper type reversaldefs, and no clsn2.
