Can you make the p2 to fall down after that attack? And I think it's better to increase the damage too as well as the charge needed for that attack.

How many specials are you gonna make him have?
Cus theirs a lot of Zabuzas, I mean alot, who make so many specials for his Water Dragon Jutsu and it gets so annoying when you have to fight him.

If its going to do a LOT of damage like its his strongest move, make it have circumstances (probably only if the opponent has a certain amount of health or lower if that's possible, srry don't know anything about making chars and stuff like that).
