I'll start it now. Looking at the sprites I have, I came up with this moveset:

Specials:
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Toad Blade Cut
Frog Summon
Rasengan
Quick Rasengan
Frog Song
Futon: Rasengan
Counter

Hypers:
Odama Rasengan (Lv. 1)
Rasenregan (Lv. 1,5)
Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Lv. 1,5)
Giant Rasengan (Lv. 2)
Rasen Shuriken (Lv. 3)
6 Tails Kyubbi Transform (Lv. 3)

I made it to be similar to Sasuke's. Any suggestion, critic, or comment?
(I'll need help because I'm not so fan of Naruto, I'm more Sasuke's XD)

what about your sasuke as a hyper
- he tries to attack naruto with a susanoo arrow but it misses naruto and hit the opponent or the same thing but with a chdori?

i believe what he's trying to say is that you could possibly have one of naruto's hypers be saskue coming in as a helper, but he tries to attack naruto, and then misses causing him to hit the enemy player

you can add sharingan move as in the manga itachi have given natuto some of his power ypu can suppose of these powers as sharingan
or you can add naruto with high regenration abilities or he can summon something really powerful like fox or bla bla bla

I can't add it until we see it with our eyes in the manga.

It sounds wierd IMO... If you want to shoot arrows with Susano then use the Sasuke character instead of Naruto =P

I thought in adding a special named "Kyubi Chakra" where he starts glowing red and increasing his attack, and slighty regenerates life. Is that OK?

can you give him a no hit stop attack or mode cuz in sage mode he's supposed to be way stronger
