He may be the only match for nazo and ultimate shadow....
Attacks:
punch then kick(he does them at the same time):A
kick then punch:B
triple kick:C
super flare:F,C
(I don't know what to call this):x
spin dash:F, y, you can move it in other directions also
Supers
sonic beam:D,F x+y
sonic chaos blast: D,B a+b
super dash:D,F,D,F,C

I suggest doing 2 .cns files: one cheap, one not.

well it depends if you spam chaos blast or his teleporting(yes his dash he teleports) then no he's not cheap. well at least he shouldn't be. happy

If he can spam both Chaos Blasts & Teleports, than he is cheap, you should make 2 CNS-es like MG stated.
One where the number of Chaos blasts & teleports are highly limited, making him a balanced char.
& one where he can happily spam them as much as you want.

Oh well pretty much all of.... most of my chars are cheap.........which makes my chars fun to use. maybe I could try the 2 cns thing.. oh and MG you said your download speed is slow, will you still download my game if I manage to upload it?

Of course. Even if in my house (where I always connect) is slow, I can still ask my father/my brother to get it to me, they always download me the big files I want/the Naruto Shippuden Anime Chapters released every week, but not so frequently.
So I'll get it someway.

Neo_fire_sonic, I noticed something with most of your characters. When you code super attacks, you keep forgetting to put this line in the .CMD part of the code: triggerall = power>=*The amount of power needed in the power bar to do the super attack goes here*

SB chars doesn't use power. At least the ones I've seen, and made.
