| After some.. "Technical Difficulties", Byakuya is finally released. I don't think I've ever put so much effort into anything before in my life lol. Here's some screenies for you guys.

his running sound should loop you do that in the -2 in the cns so it never goes quiet.
his combos could connect better and lose the env shake, also the multiple pressing of buttons is annoying this could easily be a 3 to 4 button char turning his slashes into actual combos rather than needing to press multiple buttons to pull off a combo which is alredy hard to do.
he gets pushed back to far during combos which hurts him to.
his clsns are HIGHLY unfair but i suppose thats cause he uses a sword but still.
I like that you made the dash take power it limits it a bit good job.
the rukia helper should have clsns as well so it can be hit and cancelled out.
thats mainly what i have to say.

I don't work with sounds in the state -2 often, they get messy. Meh, my own sleepiness messed up the run sound lol Patch is in first post by the way.

| Nice character, really like the chainable combos and the hypers are good too. The best thing about this character is that its not overpowered imo.
