need blue clsn in all crouch,jump,hop back,hit back while guarding and half of the damage animations
guard clsn are too big
in state 210,220,610,620 red clsn is too big
state 250 is bad don't even hit the opponent and goes in random places of the screen
luffy helper hit before he punches
the spark is bad aligned
you don't have anim 101 that you use in state 101
helmeppo red clsn box are wrong too

Ah, finally! A detailed feedback.
Sparks looks okay for me o_o
Helmeppo C is supposed to be like that. but i'm gonna fix the A & B.
State 250 hits the opponent 90% of the time and lol it doesn't go to random places.
Most of the attack states red clns are fixed.
Most of the bugs you reported are fixed ^^ .
I only exerted 10% ish effort in making this character.
I just want to have a single Coby made for Mugen.Added (2012-06-14, 5:25 PM)

I'll add a new version (Easy to use special moves ver.)
Fixed Coby's skin color
Fixed alot of collision bugs.

| Maybe you could give him some more Rokushiki attacks. He trains under garp so i think he should know at least some besides soru.
