Madara doesn't have both, its tobi (masked man) who has sharingan and rinnegan. Haven't you read manga, In the manga when madara is summoned by kabuto's edo tensei he had rinnegan in his eyes.

Madara has the rin'engan after Kabuto's Edo Tensei

But the jinchiuuriki were summoned by Kabuto and the Masked Man give the sharingan and rin'engan, so he does the same thing with Madara
