Most of the characters I played only consist of normals, specials, and supers. Hypers is just the extra stuff (which is dependent on taste).

To clarify the air combo issue, I mean when you launch the opponent in air, you can spam standing combos to relaunch and do it nonstop.

Not all characters can dash back, or jump high enough to dodge things. If you really wanted to make it unblockable, make sure they can't block it in the first place (referring to the air super).

Another problem, "FOR JUGGLES", hmm, if you wanted more juggles, find a better way to connect them.

Movecontact is not BAD AT ALL, If you know how to CODE IT PROPERLY. Heck, even the most complex creators use it -_-

I dont even say to use my Movement logistic in they char, Even worse if the sprites cant afford all what i demand.

Air combo things is for the Juggles, Do u read than i dont fix that since i supposed to leave mugen like 1 month ago?

Superjump and Dash is always needed, Or At least, ur hinata can dash 3 times? Do u cant dodge the attack?

Juggles are fine to conect combos, But as i said, i dont even fix it and im not pretending to do it.

Movecontact is not bad, i dont said that, i said i dont like it, is not the same, Or is the same?

I dont want my gameplay on his gameplay, i said they can make more Hypers or Specials, Bcuz the ones he had rite now looks like supers

& is not an excuse, i was doing a game too, but i got bored since is only naruto stuff :P, and i love mi gameplay even if is not finished, is not generic, as everthing i saw, i mean 18 25 combos wow, awessomenes, not only 3 combos 4 specials :/ weird effects and boring gameplay

just a heads up Tobi has been updated. Updates include

changed his voice quote when he does the launcher to not be so long and unfitting.

added guard sounds they were missing last time.

fixed the unintentional bug where the opponent can recover out of butt blast.

added land dust, air dash dust, super sparks ect all stuff that should of been there to begin with like the rest of the nzc chars.

probably some other stuff i forgot lol. anyway try him out and again feedback is always welcomed

redownload from the first post it links to coder now since its been back up for awhile now.

@Scorpion thank you glad you like the update :P hes got super sparks and stuff now too. soon he wil have interchangable combos along with 2 more moves and some other things. and im going to change that bomb explosion sprite for his level 3.

lolol thanks cliff and scorpion yes hes being updated ill be adding more stuff soon. I have the sprites for one of his other supers just waiting on ichinaruke to finish the last set and then he will be good to go.
