Sprite 9000,0 pallette is messed up
sprite 9000,1 is kind of big

I couldn't seem to figure out the Flash step it seemed kind of random

I couldn't do my full test because I couldn't get your Kira to work on Winmugen (Might be my half retarded computers fault) but on Mugen 1.0 a whole lot of error message appeared at the top of the screen while testing might want to check into this

the character seems to play nicely might want to try adding more attacks

good codeing job getting that combo to work like that I always think those kind of combos look really nice . if he had a few more like that it would be a lot nicer

The combo 1 damage will be fixed in the beta version... dont know about the orchid tempest though I think it should remain like that. besides it can be blocked or dodged easily. its among his most powerfl umoves ( Only 2 basically)

About the limited no of moves... my characters a based on the anime series I havent really seen kira do any other amazing moves apart from the enormous and awkward healing kido he did for rangiko and toshiro's sister... If I were to add any other thing it would be probaly another combo like my other chibis.

For the flash step its nt random .... its a back and then foward buttons.... check my other character work folders

And about the errors I have not done any real debugging yet... just tested d flow of the game

Will try to fix just one more in the beta version
