i... don't get that question. explain what your problem is. if you're upgrading your low res winmugen do what i'm about to say:
1) make a new folder and put winmugen plus there
2) cut and paste all your mugen characters from your old mugen to the new mugen
3) copy your old select.def in data folder into the new mugen (it will ask you if you want to overwrite, say yes)
4) now all your chars are playable in winmugen plus, time to get a hi res screenpack if your question meant something else say so, and i'll see what can i do to help you.
