| Saw this in the Infantry, havent tested it out yet but the "High" thing in the name gives me an urge to try him out.

| Well, I tested him, it feels & plays like any other Dio. I dont understand whats added to make him "High".. Gosh, I wished I could read Japanese

| The only difference I could see is the lack of the Stand health bar. Other than that he seems to be more or less the same as the normal Dio.
