| Alright, tested him out.
Here's some feedback: - Charge Up Chidori does too much damage.
- Shishi rendan does too much damage as well for a 500 power move, try to keep it to 200-250
- Some red Clsn could be improved, especially for the Kunai
- The A-button combo in Sharingan mode does too much damage and can instantly follow up to another A-button combo if timed correctly
- So Rage Chidori is a one hit KO move. I suggest that you should also put a life requirement since its a very powerful, like you can only use this move when Sasuke's Life is 300 or lower. But other than that, its a very nice char.
You have the potential to be a good char creator, cheers.
