| I'm not the owner of the site. I just help taking care of it. I had a site, but it was so empty that i closed it down.The owner of this site invited me to be a mod then after contributing to the database i became admin
I mean the colonel rank stuff. Mod and admin are chosen by the site owner. I can ask him to make someone a mod , but i can't do it myself. PS Forum image dimensions are 400 X 500 already

| google it there are lots of places to download it but there are also many versions(i.e. winmugen, hi res win mugen, dos mugen, lin mugen, ect.) you really should find out which one suits you best and download it.

| Well.. I thin having raks is a common thing in forums. Every forum I've visited have ranks. Some of them have ranks that will increasefter you posted a certain amount.
