| How to fix a screenpack from being too zoomed up? Like, i only see the corner of a screenpack. It mostly happens with the hir res ones

| it means you're using a HI RES screenpack on a low res mugen
how to resolve:
use winmugenplus which allows usage of HI RES and LOW RES stuff mixed up together
