how to embed videos on forum

i just wanted to know the procedure for embedding a vid onto the forum since the toolbar above the message box does not provide it specifically. can anyone tell me what it is? all that i can do now is provide links to the vids.

You get the Direct Link of the Video and put it between this:

Code

[video]_Direct Link Goes Here_[/video]

and bang, u get a video on a forum.
