to make the forum more active.....to download any mugen chars here you need to have a minimum amount of posts.They should not be spam,but posts that are worth something

| Not just posts, lets say between 30-50 posts & at least 1 rep point (posts are easy to attain, we should have them obtain rep points first as well)

XD i guess even if someone leeches, they will have to post for it first, so it still gets the job done
i just thought of something... are we doing this like anyone who reaches 25 posts gets goku and anyone who reaches 50 gets ken, or is it like the first person to get to 25 gets akuma?

good idea, itll be easy to catch leachers if only one person gets the char, but if more than one person does theres no way to tell
