how do i put videos from my computer?

| i have videos on a flash drive, how do i put those on the site?
is it the same as the youtube way?

| you have to upload those videos onto some kind of video-hosting site (ie. veoh.com, youtube, imeem, etc), then obtain each uploaded video's 'BB Embed Code' to paste onto a post OR you can just copy the direct video link then paste in between these tags ==>  Hope that helped.
