Dungeon BGM - I would say something like the BGM of dungeon/cave in a Pokemon game.

Battle BGM - something as good as the FFX battle theme

that depends on the seriousness of the game... if it were like a FF game, then I would use "The End Begins" from god of war. if it were like a Disgaea game, I would use "Outlaw Symphony" from Disgaea 3.
