you mean you can't?

give more details, you can't load it in mugen altogether or you can't load it because of an error?

ok. you deleted that stage (one of 2 default stages of mugen)
if you don't have it anymore. download a new mugen and don't delete those 2 mugen stages there

You mustn't do this !
You can change default stage in mugen.cfg !!!!!
