I have got a new software which is free to download. Its name is "Cam Studio".
Here's the link if you want to download.
But I have never tried it to record MUGEN O.o

Out of all of them, you're better off using FRAPS since its records along side the game's FPS. (Only downside is that you would need a decent video card and big a HDD given that fraps records uncompressed frames).

Okay now I have tested Cam Studio for making one video (Not MUGEN) and I would give it 3.5/5 'cause the video is not clear.

Fraps does not work for me and Hypercam won't record sound cry

Get Studio mix. Just right click the volume button, then press recording devices, after that, right click the menu that pops-up and press *Show disabled devices*
And enable it biggrin

You have to open mugen.cfg and change the Directx mode to either hardware or software to get fraps to put up mugen.

Also here's an example of Fraps power: (Feedback video I did last week)

Framerate: 60 fps

Are you sure your sound card supports Stereo Mix? If not then you can't record sound that way.
