  1. download the desire chars
2. unzip the chars .rar in the chars folder
3. sometimes be sure the folder name of the char is the same of the .def file inside it
4. open the select.def file inside the mugen data folder (with a text editing program)
5. simply go to the bottom of the file and go up again, from them there are this sections: options, extrastages, characters.
just above the extrastages title, there is the space when you can write the right name of the char folder, and optionally after a comma, wich stage have this char, for example:

kfm, stages/stage0.def
sasuke_ncz
MvC2Doom, stages/DoomCastle.def
and so on, if you write no stage for a character, this wil be chose randomly evry time.
