| the way you have your mugen setup messes with some of the characters
Like Teen naruto's sage mode, you can't see the bar at the bottom.
heres what it looks like in another mugen

it also seems to mess up some of the stages (or maybe its just the placement of the chakra bars idk)

Some Stages are messed up like you showed. Itachi's illusion, the stage you are showing always appears like this if you use another character it will also appear
like this. I recommend you to change the lifebars but I cannot find another HD lifebar for mugen 1.0. This game was my first game so it had some glitches...

| why make separate bars at the bottom?
isn't there one underneath the health one you could use?

I downloaded the lifebar its for kof xiii, it had the bar at the bottom. I dont know how to edit it. I just know that you can edit it by fight.sff,
I will not use this bar in my other games......................

The problem is not the stages,
most of the characters in your collection were made for winmugen, since the screen resolution is different in Mugen 1.0, so it looks messed up.
Btw, those characters you call "HD", well they're just chars made from NCZ sprites.

Yeah, I didn't know that they were NZC when I had made the game so I just called them HD.
