Might update it whenever I change the characters in the roster on a big scale (eg, half of the roster) Its still incomplete atm and I dont like too many chars on a roster, I used to like putting 3000+ chars in my roster but that was 4 years ago lol

Is that relevant? You can design anything for MUGEN without getting paid, you can always design sumthing in ur spare time. Im busy 24/7 with uni but I still manage to whip stuff up just for fun ^__^
