I Had This Problem But Then I Figured It Out Like The Problem Was That How To Make The Background Colour Non Transperant and Into Bmp So Here Is What You Do
Chose Your Sprite Sheet
Then Click Option
Go To Export Option And Change It To Bmp
Below That There Is A Tick Option Saying "Make Background Transperant" Untick It And Then use It Normally And You Will Have Everything Ready For The Character Or Sprite Animation
Warnings =======
The Background Colour Of The Sprite Sheet Should Not Be White
Never Ever Ever Extract All The Sprites Together If It Is A Big Sheet Other Wise You Will Faint From Seeing All The Sprites
