Hey dude I've some question to you. Well I just started to crate my mugen chars well the sprites are borrowed. I'm doing 4th Hokage and now I've troubles... Cuz I don't know how to create constant and commad or I mean I want to do to 4th hokage the um... Flying Thunder god jutsu lvl 2 and yes I've all the sprites to him and all the plan of jutsu but I don't know how to add them to the constant and to command in the fighter factory ultimate so if you did undestand wath I mean so please help me

Their in the "Mugen" section thingy all the way up with "Chat", "Forum", "MY Profile", and "Logout"
