Go to the GLB forums (google Zetaboards GLB One Piece) and there Wenchu has posted all of his chars. I have all of his characters except Crocodile, so if you can't get them I'll reupload them.

Portgaz it's much much easier for you to talk to me in CM, I almost didn't click on this post because I didn't even remember it. My name is Sogeking in chaosmugen.
Yes I have Wenchus Nami, and if you're looking for balanced One Piece characters Xasor's characters are not the way to go, atleast, his Roger and Trafalgar Law are overpowered. Lol-boy is working on a Law and it is currently beta, and he gave everyone a download for it. It's nice.
I can reupload Wenchus Nami, do you need anything else?
