Yeah he learned nothing  (Getsuga tenshos that could cut the sky in half. Godspeed shunpos, Kickass new bankai, Fullbring blade that's much more upgraded than his past Zangetsu)....Yeah...He learned NOTHING at all.

What he is saying is that even if a new Ichigo was made, it wouldn't be interesting at all. Other than the new costume, not much else you can put in there. Although the costume would be kickass and my friend Richard will definitely make him soon!

If the new Ichigo would be made it SHOULD be much more powerful than the existing Ichigos. It would be very interesting to character collectors and no, Ichigo doesn't even know how to use shunpo as efficiently as Byakuya etc... only in his bankai. In Ichigo's new form his sword is basically sturdier, much more powerful (even more powerful than FGT) and his Shunpos are 10x much more faster than his power before timeskip.

What I am trying to get at is that he would be exactly the same. All you're doing is reskinning him and making him do more damage. Which makes him over powered (I don't give a fuck who he is, he needs to be balanced.)

I meant in Mugen terms. Shunpo can't exactly be made slower, because it's basically the teleporting technique, so blah.

Hmm...It's really hard to describe this, but if you're saying that Fullbring Ichigo/Timeskip Ichigo and Normal Ichigo has no difference because it's just reskin then it's just like saying that Bankai Ichigo is just a reskin of Normal Ichigo. (hope I didn't make your head spin)
And what he's saying is the "Fullbring" Ichigo. Fullbring Ichigo isn't like the normal Ichigo at all. He has this spinning projectile thingy which he can throw, PLUS he can transform to this:
now don't tell me that it's exactly the same because he has different powers when he's at that state.
But if you're talking about the new Ichigo with the new sword sure he has the same techs. But his Getsuga Tensho is noticeably larger.

| I see people here saying how he has almost no new abilities and that it'd be useless to make one, id personally like to see one made, it'd be pretty cool and something different other than all of the regular ichigo's and ichigo mugetsus being made, there are too many of them, something new needs to come around
