could someone make a good chojuro with a lot of combos\specials\hypers and a Hiramekarei transformation ability

it should be set up like this:
a =basic hit
a,a,a =combo
back+a=hidden mist jutsu
down+a=water explosion
forward +a=sword throw
up+a=skull splitter
b=kick
b,b,b=combo2
back+b explosive kunai
down+b=mist shuriken shower
forward+b throw shuriken
up+b throw senbon
c=teleport
down+c =water clones(up to 3)
back+c=clone explosion(after summoning water clones)
forward+c=water prison
x=sword strike
back+x=sword combo
forward+x=water armor
down+x=water snake
y=chakra charge
back+y=water shark
down+y=summon mizukage
forward+y=water bullets
z=kamiwari(replacement move)
back+z=tsunami
down+z=raging torrent
forward+z=water wall
start=swordsman mode
down+start=air shockwave

swordsmen mode(Hiramekarei unleashed)
a=form1(hammer)
b,b,b=hammer combo
c=form2(giant cleaver)
c,c,c=cleaver combo

swordsman mode Hypers:
forward+x=hiramekarei grand slam(hammer doubles in size then chojuro brings it down with all his strength on his oppenent)
down+x= grand whirlpool
back+x=great water shockwave
down+y=boiling spring(co-op jutsu with mizukage where chojuro covers the floor in water and then mei hits it with a lava dragon)
back+y=tidal slash(chojuro swings his sword and a slash of water travels towards oppenent)
down+z=wicked wave crush
back+z=deep 6 jutsu(the whole area fills with water, then chojuro dashes back and forth through the water striking you repeatdly)
start=cancels water from deep 6

so tell me what you think of my idea and hopefully someone can make this or one close to it

i know, it is a good idea, i dont think anyone has made chojuro yet so this is a perfect oppertunity,
not to mention i have a feeling hes a lot more powerful than hes letting on.
why else would he have been chosen as a mist swordsman
AND been chosen as one of the mizukages escorts...
something tells me we havent seen all of him yet,
and that hes hiding some incredible inner power. this is my take on how he should be.

lets hope someone can make him

I think no one has made it because he hasn't shown any of his powers yet and they might be waiting for him to show new power. Not to mention they also need to sprite the attacks so it might take a little long time.
