I'm looking for a good Hawk-Eye Mihawk, from One Piece. suspect

All the ones I can find are completely useless with no good attacks what-so-ever and have Very very badly drawn sprites.

I shouldn't be complaining 'cause I can't make chars. But This is soooo badly done that I have to say it.
Well let me know if u guys find him. happy

there is one by death-nintendo. search for it. thats the only mihawk i know aside from the ones inside games
