| yo sweetfire you have an idea for a mugen char that is a chibi if not a chibi then an anime related char (idc if it op) that has a reasonable amount of combo hits, massive damage, is very fast, and at least 7 super moves not meaning super combo hits >.> if u know wat i mean ;P
