| I can't really pull one from my head
but I'll be searching for a character with amazing speed that is easy to use you know what, really fast characters in which i'm thinking that your thinking of needs an really able player to control them effectively and efficiantly
so there is no really fast characters are easy to use.
however, you can start using short or female characters for nice fast-paced battles, because in most of those characters, they sacrificed power for speed, which is a neccessary part of a good battle. I hoped I helped
