So, I'm hoping this is in the right section as I have been confused many times before.
Anyway, I was wondering if any coders would mind making an akuma that fights similarly to Rue's evil chars.
I dont know how to code but I can make the palettes, find some sprites and I'll even name the character if you dont want to.
I was looking at a character like this earlier and it turned out to be a character named Shaitan but when I fownloaded him,
he wasnt quit what I was looking for.
I'm not looking for extreme cheapness like rare akuma or ogre. I just thought that if someone did this to dan, then why not akuma?
Plus with him there would be almost a complete SFA evil Shotokhan. and I have an idea for a move thats been stolen several times. So many times in fact, I dont even know who to give credit to for that. If anybody wants to do this please let me know, I've been waiting for a character like this for 6 years.

All I need now is the a few more sprites and a coder. I have an SFF file, (I'm holding off on the pals until I have all sprites)
wow,...If only I knew how to code I could almost do it myself.
By the way, I just want to add that for all you coders that want a little more credit and quick this is a good opportunity
because I only intend to take credit for the palettes.

And I have a lot of sprites already so the coder doesnt have to go look for them.(or at least not the majority of them)

Sense no one wants to do it I guess this project will be abandoned for now. Unless I learn to code which is highly unlikely.
