I need all the mega man x2 and x3 characters i will give the sprites if needed. I would make them myself but i don't know how to make mugen characters. Is anyone up for the job? biggrin

Note: Sprites given come of site that says it's ok to use them . cool

Well im sorry i have a bad computer, know programing skills what so ever, and can't understand how to make a mugen character nor make one
