striderhien, What change, exactly? Oh! You mean the change that decided you would start enforcing rules? No no no, I see no change. Buy never announced a change. You should of been doing your job correctly before you decided there would be a "change". If anything you just said "before I decided to do my job" which is still incorrect because you were technically doing your job very badly.
