| I am new, i dont know much about programming mugen, but i am willing to learn. i have a personal character i want to make. he will be posted for you to judge when i finish him. his name is nezcal, and he is a hedgedragon. dont bother looking it up, i have tried. you will see when i am finished what it is, if you havent figured it out already. i welcome help, especially with spriting(gba sprites are hell to sprite with in paint!). i might make a few stages.
