No, the 2nd admin adds chars to the DB while the 1st (and main admin) adds new sections, makes ppl contributors etc (everything related to CP)

Look, I have a website maintained by UCOZ
(It's under construction BTW)
One of the things I learned is that only the ADMIN can make new pages
and in http://mugencharacters.ucoz.com/ you add chars by adding new pages
It's pretty obvious that only the Admins can add chars at that part of the site
but in http://mugencharacter.ucoz.com/ people like us have the freedom to add our chars
So now I ask
How the heck does that work?
