| yeah I tried that and failed.thats why in my reply to websta i asked if there was a certain situation i had to be in for me to able perform that move.

you can see the stateno of the char
try the char in watch mode and look at the stateno value and tell me then i will find the command, i dont have time now to test it

| XenoTehNoob, it can be in the cmd but there are additional situations coded before you can use the move (like low life, low health, etc)

Ive seen him do that move in some youtube videos.
I also checked his sff file and found the effects for that move.

| actually i being a coder can make a complex troll command that does not really appear in cmd.

thats kinda hard to do if the ai is not that good but ill keep trying.

| its still the first part 
there is a similar move with the command D, DB, B, F, x+y but that is different from the move im trying to do
I noticed in some videos that he does it as a finisher in the third or fourth round, ill experiment with that.
