Some not so much. I banned Viz and Stapler/Missjustice/naruto is the best. alredy and ill keep doing it if they come back. as for the reproofs they are from a mod who is no longer active for the longest time. most ppl will get a clean slate aside from those who REALLY deserved those reproofs.
that situation was about a shit thread that people keep posting if i remember. it was not in mb's section, so all he can do is reproof people who still continues to bump the shit thread.

I can write long winded speeches for you, create rules, I also know HTML, and am aspiring to become a spriter as I am currently learning, I've been in this mugen community for quite some time but yeah man just ask and I'll help.

Well those Site are all about !MUGEN! so iam thinking of making a Site for sprites you see
