This is how it works for me:
About offtopic, insultin others, spammin = i talk to u just once to stop doin that then warn you 3 times then reproof u & ban bang ban ban bang ban u for 3 days.
If u keep doin that = i warn you 2 times then reproof u & ban u for a week or a month.
Edited: If you stop breakin the rules = Ill unreproof you.
Same thing about the other rules............

First off, Of course, I've been part of the forum on nd off kinda for about a year and a half now, and surprisingly nothing like this has happened till now. What do I mean by "this"? Everyone getting upset of frustrated with each other to such an extent... Mod and user alike. And all I have to say to it is, wtf guys? Stop being ignorant and just deal with the facts that are being given. Users, the forum is being more strict. Which should click off in your itsy bitsy teenie weenie little skulls telling you to follow by the rules or BOOM you outta here. Mods, all of a sudden you get "fed up" with the amount of rule breaking so what did you do? Started enforcing them as if you were a freakin comando and I dont mean naked (for you pervs out there). What could've been done better was for you not to jump th damn gun and just give out warnings at 1st to let them know youre serious. And i don't mean no, "Heres your warning dude, the next time you mess up I'LL BAN YO AZZ!". I mean the 3 strikes policy >.> really though. Wouldnt that have been more understanding to everyone? But thats on the past topic, were talking of now.
I'm not sure wheather or not MD really is gone... But everyone saying the mods need to be replaced, STFU! I've been looking into since i joined this site. and for every pretty much every mod gone there is/was a replacement. It will be dealt with. And why would you want more staff? You already think the ones we have now were born with poles up their wazzu's.
Sou is a freakin mod thats all green, so dont judge him. He's just starting and is trying to make progress with you all. Give the guy some support. He's human like the rest of us (excluding Scorp...jk). I personally have no probs with the mods... you guys just need to as i said in a diff post, use a different tactic towards punishment of rule breaking.
